A representation of the project LIFE Canal de Castilla attended on 17, 18 and 19 novembre at a conference on thematic lod LIFE Nature projects of the European Union, under the slogan: Preserving biodiversity in Europe: learning from the project LIFE.
The purpose of this conference community has been exchanging lessons learned through the LIFE projects in relation to the protection of biodiversity European.
There were presented new findings on the conservation of endangered species; specific examples of actions and improvements innovative conservation practices developed in various European countries, with a knowing some mistakes when it comes to implementing strategies and concrete actions.
There were divided into 4 thematic sessions, with 6 projects by sitting on: Forest, Grassland Natural Rivers and marine habitats.
